If you haven’t created a profile and filled out a Health Profile on the IP platform, here are instructions:

Go to idealprotein.com on your computer (will not work on the app) and click the “log in” button on the top right of screen. Then click on the option to “register” where it asks you to sign in. Once you are signed in, look for the Health Profile tab on the left and fill that out. When you are asked to associate with a clinic, ours is Central Family Practice.
